Terms and Conditions for Naughty By Nature Events

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase of tickets for events organized by Naughty By Nature Events ("Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

1.1 No Refunds: Tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organizer. Refunds are only applicable in the event of full cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 Allocation of Funds: All ticket sales funds are allocated to creating a pleasurable experience for attendees. This includes venue costs, production expenses, and other related expenditures.

1.3 Postponed Events: In the event that an event is postponed rather than canceled, ticket holders will be offered complimentary tickets to a future event of their choice. This offer will honor your attendance for the postponed event.

1.4 Cancellation Process: If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed from our term deposit account, which may take up to 31 days to complete if the request is made prior to the event's release date.

2. Acknowledgment of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

You agree to the terms regarding the allocation of funds for events.

You acknowledge that in the case of a postponed event, you will receive complimentary tickets to a future event, and your attendance for the postponed event will be honored.

3. Ticket Sales

3.1 Limited Capacity: All events are subject to ticket sales and limited capacity. Therefore, early purchase is recommended to secure your attendance.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

5. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
